we were in need of a birthday dress
so we hopped a train to Munich
with good friends
and good coffee
munich is beautiful
and crowded
the restaurant we ate at opened in the 1300s
my salad had mashed potatoes and green beans in it
and my half grilled chicken was literally half a chicken
mal and liz shared the sausage plate
there was gelato
chocolate-banana and pistachio
and there it was
just hanging out around the corner
waiting to take my breath away
...
